If i order now, will it come straight away?

when checking out online, add date to notes when you require your order to be delivered by. all orders are made fresh and shipped in time as per Aus post calculated shipping times.

 Do you have a minimum order for custom designs?

Yes, the minimum order is 20.

Are the cookies individually wrapped?

Yes, all cookies are individually heat sealed and last up to 8 weeks.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please contact us ASAP, We will do my best to accommodate your changes. However if your order has already been made we are unable to offer a refund due to the nature of the item. No refunds are given to collections pre designed and purchased online. 

Do you post cookies? if so, how much is postage? 

Yes! We post cookies all over Australia. Postage rates are provided by Australia post and differ depending on the weight of your order. Most orders cost between $16.00 - $25.00 via the express Australia Post network.

How do I store my cookies?

Basic Cookie Co. cookies have a shelf life of up to 8 weeks. They are best kept fresh in their individual packaging, out of direct sunlight, stored at room temperature & preferably in an airtight container.
